Full Service Wedding Design
Our signature floral experience is fully custom, and thoughtfully designed to bring your love story to life. Ideal for couples who are looking for a perfectly tailored wedding day. Our full service packages entails a fully bespoke design from personal florals, ceremony design to centerpieces, and accent florals. Full service weddings include a customized design plan, coordination with your venue, planners and other vendors, as well as delivery, set-up and clean-up to thoughtfully actualize your vision.
Custom packages starting at a $4000 minimum investment.
Where we work
Third Space is based in Providence, with most of our weddings taking place across Rhode Island, from Newport to Bristol. Recent venues include Newport Beach House, Eisenhower House, and Mount Hope Farm. We also design for weddings and events in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
How it Works
Discovery call. We talk through your vision, your priorities, and your budget, and we map out how to put your investment where it matters most to you.
Custom design plan. In the months before your wedding, you'll see digital mock-ups, flower selections, your color palette, and vessels, so you know exactly what's coming.
Room to refine. Plans change, and that's okay. After you book, we'll rework the design and reallocate your budget as your plans evolve.
Wedding day. We handle delivery, set-up, and clean-up, and coordinate with your venue, planner, and vendors, so all you have to do is enjoy the day.
Sample Wedding Floral Packages
Every package is custom, so every quote is too. These sample packages show where most weddings land.
Intimate: personal florals for the couple, simple ceremony pieces, minimal reception florals (bud vases, petite centerpieces). Typically 75-120 guests. $4,000 to $6,000
Full: personal florals for couple and small wedding party, fuller ceremony design (grounded arches, statement pillars, partial coverage arches/chuppahs, aisle pieces), reception centerpieces, and accent florals. Typically 120 to 180 guests. $6,000 to $9,000
Statement: large-scale installs (full coverage arches, hanging installs) and more statement ceremony design, personals for couple and wedding party, reception centerpieces with multiple accent pieces throughout. Typically 150-200 or more guests. $10,000 and up
Our full service wedding minimum is $4,000 with most couples investing within the Full Tier; $6,000-$9,000.
A La Carte Wedding Design
Our à la carte package is designed for clients who need beautiful flowers without full-service design. Perfect for micro weddings, elopements or folks who want thoughtfully designed pieces without the need for full customization. This option is ideal if you’re keeping things intimate, flexible, or are working with a shorter timeline. High-quality floral without the added cost of customization. This package includes:
